Kasturi is an Indian restaurant that has been in Aldgate – on the cusp between The City and East London – for over 10 years. Head chef Rajendra Balmiki has cooked Indian food all of his life and focuses on regional Indian food, from tandoori from the North West frontier to Malabar prawns from the South.
