Kozu, is a concept developed by Mark Barnett proprietor of Mao Tai for 29 years and Nobuisha Takahashi who was formally trained in Toyko for 10 years and head sushi chef in both Nobu London and Nobu Cape Town
Kozu is a vibrant and contemporary restaurant serving Japanese food. It is a place for friends to meet and enjoy themselves whilst sharing plates of delicious and beautifully prepared food from tempura to aromatic grilled meats, fish and vegetables from the robata charcoal grill to mouth watering sushi and sashimi freshly prepared at the sushi bar where you can sit, eat and watch the talented Taka and his fellow sushi chefs at work. You can enjoy a pre or post dinner cocktail at Kozu’s classic cocktail bar, or you can sit at the bar with your cocktail and try a taster from the bar menu of the delicious dishes that are available on the main menu.
