  • Our Supperclub is alive and well in North London! Once or twice a month, a real supperclub. No individual tables, just homecooked Punjabi food with the opportunity to meet new people in a small setting around our big library table.

  • Hi I'll be heading off to Smithfield and Billingsgate twice more in the run up to Christmas. Once on the 16th, then again on Wednesday the 23rd. If anyone wants anything for Christmas, especially goose or turkey, let me know as soon as you can, so I can get myself organised. The Gressingham geese at £11.50 per kilo are particularly good - all fed a macrobiotic diet and living (for the moment) in small flocks in Sussex. Oysters too are fantastic; I've found a Billingsgate fishmonger who can supply wooden boxes (with the seaweed and everything) of twenty five Scottish oysters for £25. He only gets three boxes a day though, so it's first come, first served. Then there's the whole salamis as well. And Parmesan. And legs of gammon. Everything you'd want for Christmas. Let me know as soon as you can, and I'll get it to you for Christmas. mw x
