The menu covers Asia from Thailand to Japan via Malaysia & China. All time favorites such as tuna spring roll with ginger & coriander, asparagus & sweet potato tempura, creamy rock shrimp togarashi, crispy beef shreds, steamed salmon with ceviche dressing, sea bass with ginger & spring onions and aromatic duck with pancakes are readily available. Specialist ingredients are imported weekly from Asia and freshness and flavor are crucial to the menus diverse appeal.
