We took some friends there for a special evening, this was a huge mistake, there were only three covers in the Resturaunt, but the service was non existant. When we finally got our order in, a shared starter which was supposed to consist of various meats, cheeses and roasted vegetables arrived consisting of just six pieces of Salami on some dry Rocket, when I asked the waiter for the menu and pointed out that half of the things were missing, he appologised, went back to the kitchen and returned with a platter consisting of six thin pieces of Parma ham, and said ' We don't have the rest of the ingredients, but I won't charge you for this' if I haven't mentioned this, they would have been quite happy to charge £15, for this starter. The rest of the evening just dragged along, the main course and desert took ages to arrive, at one point we were wondering if they were sending out for the food! The only person who seemed to be enjoying the evening was a young lady who arrived, an obvious associate of the Barman and Waiter who spent the evening drinking wine at the bar. I know that it is December, but the Resturaunt had no heating on and it felt uncomfortably cold in there. Would I ever go back, no, would I recommend this place to anyone, definitely not.

By far the worst 'restaurant' I have been to in a long time, mediocre food - which I might as well have cooked at home, absolutely appalling service - I had to go up to the bar to ask for the drinks we had ordered half an hour previously, and then carry them to the table myself. Definitely does not deserve to be called a restaurant.
Food mediocre at best, ambiance zero (at lunchtime) and wait between courses was too long, despite only four people being in the restaurant including the two of us. We ate from set menu which was overpriced had it not been for the offer we'd purchased from a voucher site; even with the offer I thought it wasn't good value. Very disappointed as this is in a great location and really it should have been so much better.
All started to go wrong after starters. No sign of the main course after a hour of waiting. Wondering if we had be forgotten, we asked the waiter. The joking response was "it should be here tomorrow morning", we obviously did not find it funny. A further 20 minutes later, the main course finally arrived, the rib-eye steak that was ordered to be cooked medium rare turned up in front of me looking like meatballs and pasta. So not only was the food late, the order was wrong. So a further 10 minutes later, the steak finally came. Don't waste your time and money at this place. The attitude of the staff was horrendous. The food was average as was the venue. At least have the courtesy to explain to your client that you have messed up their order. Look at the other reviews, says everything.....
