Michelin starred and winner of the Waitrose Good Food Guide 2014 ‘Best Value Set Lunch Menu in the UK’ Outlaw's at The Capital focuses on simply prepared, ecologically sound seafood.
When dining at Outlaw's expect an elegant yet informal atmosphere and a menu that features the best of British seafood including crispy Cornish oysters with cucumber, lobster risotto, mackerel with crab and fennel and roast turbot on the bone.
Nathan Outlaw holds two Michelin stars at his eponymous restaurant in Cornwall and whilst remaining primarily based there, he will spend time at The Capital every week liaising with head chef Pete Biggs who he has worked with over the past 10 years.
