I went to Patisserie Valerie at 94 Holland Park Ave today for brunch for the second time. The first time was good - the food was good and the service was good. Today, however, with very other customers in the cafe, I sat for 20 minutes at a table while I waited to order and I was tacitly ignored by three different staff the entire time. All of the other customers had finished their food and had their drinks but, even though I was cleanly dressed and I could certainly afford to dine at this establishment, I felt like I was the least important person in the place. Never a good way to make a customer feel! Exceedingly bad service and I do not recommend this establishment unless you want to be completely ignored.
