Tasteless tortilla, boring tapas, cold food, slow staff. The octopus was the only think worth the evening. Overpriced for the quality.

Reading the reviews here I felt I had to add my own. I've eaten here six times this year and hugely enjoyed it every time. The food is tasty and great value, the atmosphere is lively and fun, the mojitos are lovely [not too sweet and not far too lime-y, like you tend to get a lot in other places], and most of all, the staff are really nice! I'm really really surprised to see negative reviews for service, as they're always really nice on the phone when booking and they're really friendly and welcoming when you get there. I've eaten here both on busy weekend evenings and quiet weekday evenings, and ok, so on the weekends the wait staff don't have time to spend ages with you, but they're still lovely and friendly and make time for a little joke or something. My partner and I eat out a LOT, we're quite picky, and yet we keep coming back here. As far as I'm concerned they're definitely doing something right! I'd like to see more variety on the menu, but apart from that, Pinchito is a lovely and inexpensive little place. The last few times we've eaten here we've had bellies like barrels, two drinks each [and mine were mojitos], and paid around £60 altogether. Go! at once! I insist!

Staff are nice and the location is useful, but the place is insanely expensive for the size and quality of the portions. Not recommended.

Really bad service. If you book in advance this does not guarantee any sort of welcome. Our entire evening was overshadowed by being told when we had to leave (even when that time was seem way off). No offer to take drinks order whilst we looked at the menu nor any guide to the daily specials. Food slammed down on table. Food removed whilst still being eaten or attempted to be eaten, As a regular visitor to London we thought this sort of over promoted, over charging, under (or none) served experience was a thing of past. Unfortunately we were wrong. Lets hope other businesses in the area don't go the same way as other experiences were much more friendly.

Terrible at everything: the food, service and value for money. Should not call it pinchitos...the quality of food is an insult for the great Basque's culinary!

Karen

I was quite disappointed by the dull dishes and mediocre wines at Pinchito. Very standard tapas dishes on the menu and pricey for uninspiring plates which lacked much flavour. Service was fantastic though so two stars for that.
