Time Out says

Once upon a time the guys behind Prime Burger roamed the land serving their patties and buns at events. They've served Glastonbury-goers, London Olympians, Chelsea florists – even the American Ambassador, at his Fourth of July party. Now they've got a permanent spot here, with another site at St Pancras.

Their patties are made from prime cuts (hence the name) from the forequarter and rib. They're slipped into combos like the 'guv'nor' (bacon, cheddar, gherkins, tomato, lettuce, onion and mustard mayo) and the 'crazy larry' (fresh jalapenos, hot chilli salsa, tomato, lettuce, onion and mayo). There's a veggie burger and a few chicken burgers too, if you don't fancy cow.

Breakfasts also feature, including a hefty looking 'full monty'. Milkshakes, coffees and teas are on offer too. And if you want booze? There are wines, and Camden Town Brewery ales.
