Located in London in the heart of the City, on the south mezzanine of the Royal Exchange building, Restaurant Sauterelle is an elegant haven for City execs and well-heeled shoppers. Head Chef Arnaud Delannay, brings his background in Provence to the fore with a classical French menu which changes seasonally. Using only the highest quality produce, his menu focuses on clean, incisive flavours and unfussy presentation.
