French cuisine is given a modern twist at Teddington's Retro Bistrot, a stylish south west London restaurant where Spanish and Italian dishes also find a place on the menu. The bistrot's head chef Michael Collins used to work under Gordon Ramsay, which is reason enough for locals to make a beeline for Retro Bistrot. Twee French decor and live jazz music only add to the atmosphere.
