Absolutely wonderful - came here as a group for a birthday, including several members of the party who hadn't eaten indian before but certainly will be doing so again. Particularly recommend the very generously portioned dishes with the wonderful service from the staff

Visited this restaurant with a friend for a weeknight dinner. Both had an enjoyable meal. Between us we have Butterfly Prawns, Paneer Tandoori, Daall main, Korma main, plus rice and bread. Was fairly busy and buzy atmosphere when we arrived at 8pm, but we were the last people in the restaurant when we finished our meal (it was a Monday night). But throughout the meal service was attentive and prompt.

Takari, Covent Garden: Takari is situated in a great location only a few mins away from Holborn station. It was my first time my friend and I had ventured to this restaurant we were overwhelmed by our experience. The food was mouth wateringly delicious and we were spoilt for choice and this was coupled by exceptional service from the staff. The ambience was more than pleasant and i would be happy to recommend this choice to anyone.

Taster menu at Takari, is a gourmet delight. Well-balanced flavours, dishes to challenge but not to overfill, left our large Silver Wedding Party replete and relaxed. Indian options deserve a separate individual mention. The service was fantastic: the restaurant gave us a chance to spend unhurried quality time with friends we haven't seen in a while. Thanks everyone.

Went here with my parents for my birthday on the 50% off menu. The food was fantastic, we were attended to regularly. The staff were very friendly and helpful and worked very efficiently. Would definitely recommend this

This was my second time at Takari, and it was another lovely evening. The food is good, The service is really excellent, though. Perfectly attentive without being too formal. A really lovely small restaurant and the offer makes it superb value.

What can I say about Takari? The food was excellent and the service was wonderful. We had a midweek booking and the whole restaurant was busy the Ambience was great. A little tip always under order as the portions are big. We had to be rolled out of the restaurant. I would definitely go back

Came here for my wife's special birthday. A group of five with four vegetarians and a birthday cake to be smuggled in with the help of the superb staff! The food was some of the best we have ever experienced and the service a delight. Nothing was too much trouble and the evening was a great success. The price of the whole meal with wine, a la carte, was also a very pleasant surprise. We will be back as soon as possible!!
