  • Part Moroccan souk, part designer showroom, this brand new glossy Mediterranean restaurant on Boundary road in NW8 has become a popular meeting place for the St Johns' Wood gourmet set. Designed by Dot Interiors, the glass-fronted dining room at Poem is filled with moody lamps, wooden floors, maroon walls and black fringed curtains creating a stylish scene. Located between London's iconic Abbey Road and South Hampstead, the bar is ideal for posh after-work drinks, dates and sneaky expense account shenanigans, and the restaurant is available for exclusive events. Signature dishes at Poem include the broad bean, pea and mint risotto; the rib-eye steak served with pomme frites; and the Amaretto chocolate torte.

Thank you for the best meal we had while visiting London. Loved the Liver!!! The service was excellent. The prices are good too. Hope to visit you again one day when I'm in the UK - or perhaps you should branch out to Washington DC where I live!!

I went to Poem for the first time last month and have been back several times since. It's fab and the owners are friendly and really add some perfect touches in there to make you feel catered to. It's my new favourite eatery. They don't mind if you just want a coffee, or a meal, or even just dessert.
