Signature dishes include the Gai Phukao – chicken deep fried and served with Sambucca and a sweet and sour sauce; the Miang Som O – a spicy Thai pomelo salad with tamarind dressing; and the Hoy Shell Pad Cha – scallops stir-fried with herbs, chilli and peppers.
