Have been going for a few years and today was disgusted by the lack of remorse and lack of apology. Ordered a simple sirloin steak, medium rare, more rare than medium with the pepper sauce on the side, MY GOODNESS HOW DIFFICULT WAS THAT?
1. First time came with the pepper sauce all over the steak sent back wanted the sauce on the side!
2. Second time came medium hardly any pink sent it back
3. Third time came back cremated
I was beginning to get really chessed of - no apologies from the chef or the waiter and my dinner companion had by now eaten all their meal
4. Came again medium
A very huffy Eric (owner and chef) finally asked me how I would like my steak and I said MEDIUM RARE - MORE RARE THAN MEDIUM WITH THE SAUCE ON THE SIDE how difficult was that I asked my self. Finally on the fifth attempt my steak came out and then I had to ask for hot vegetables. Did not have to pay for my steak in the end but my evening was ruined and there was no apology it was implied that it was my fault. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!!!
