Bringing a touch of French flair to Kennington, Brasserie Toulouse Lautrec is a traditional brasserie and wine bar set inside a lovingly refurbished English pub. It is run by two brothers – Nolan and Florent - whose parents have run the neighbouring Lobster Pot restaurant for 18 years, so there’s plenty of authentic Gallic charm on offer. Set over two floors, the warm and inviting space is divided into a rustic ground floor brasserie and an upstairs wine bar with live piano music every evening. Head Chef Florent specialises in classic French dishes like snails in puff pastry with a white wine sauce; Toulouse sausages with homemade mash and red onion gravy; and char-grilled sirloin steak with frites and green pepper sauce.
