The décor is a traditional and smart, the service is swift and the menu features authentic classic Peking and fiery Szechuan cuisine with an intriguing emphasis on fish and seafood. The starter of steamed fresh scallops in the shell with garlic or black bean sauce is a long-time favourite. Main courses include Bayee’s own iron griddle ‘sizzlers’ of several types, including prawn, squid and green mussels.
