This subterranean restaurant located on Mark Lane in London – near Fenchurch Street station - is a snug and sophisticated French eatery with a contemporary Deco-esque twist. The dining room at Auberge has a warm, vintage vibe and is decorated with ruby feature walls, floorboards and 1920s-style stained glass features, making it the perfect venue for business lunches, office parties and intimate evening meals. The Parisian menu includes all of your French bistro classics, and we love the soup á l'oignon with gruyére croutons; the moules mariniere cooked with shallots, white wine, garlic and parsley; and the magret de canard – duck breast with roasted potatoes, braised Savoy cabbage and Cointreau sauce.
