Situated in Canary Wharf’s Cabot Square, Amerigo Vespucci is a stylish and spacious restaurant overlooking the docks. Weather permitting, alfresco dining can be enjoyed on the large terrazza, with its beautiful views. Amerigo Vespucci offers fresh and imaginative cuisine that captures the true flavours of Italy. Daily specials add to the extensive menu, which includes a wide selection of fine Italian home-cured meats, and a variety of vegetarian dishes. We love the Capesante al Timo con Pomodoro Arrostito - king scallops seared with olive oil, seasoned with fresh garlic & thyme, served with oven roasted tomatoes; and the Scalloppa alla Bolognese - veal escalope pan-fried with olive oil, topped with parma ham and mozzarella cheese, seasoned with garlic & fresh oregano, laced with sliced asparagus and tomato.
