Ziloufs is decorated in a warm blend of coffee and vanilla tones with 50s and 60s furniture and influences; perfect for a fun night of dining and dancing. The chef at Ziloufs was trained at one of the most high-profile Thai restaurants in Australia, and everything on the menu – including the bread to the ice cream – is made on the premises. The baristas here make sensational coffee, and the barmen do an excellent Swedish 76. We love the braised pork neck with gingered runner beans, conference pear & apple relish.
