London's best review, food and drink news
This eaterie seems to have lost some slickness since opening a few years ago. The menu is unchanged, with generous sized portions of prawn toast and pork dumplings with dipping sauce making a very decent starter for two. Mains were less consistent: the special Baan Thai noodles came in an unimpressive and overly sweet, sticky sauce with plenty of unshelled prawns. Kai yang (charcoal grilled chicken in honey) was perfectly moreish on its own, and the rice with spring greens provided a less ordinary side dish.
