A deeply fecund vibe prevails at this convivial café. Tow-haired toddlers and bouncing babies smeared with organic sweet potato greet you at the front door. More of them play in the tastefully appointed home corner, presided over by mamas nursing large cappuccinos, infants, mobile phones and laptops. If all this seems a mite too familial, be reassured: the affable women who run the café are conscientious about letting the child-free eat and drink in a quieter corner, often in the Eulabee shop next door. Food is own-made with care, served in generous portions. Breakfasts include big fry-ups, eggs benedict or pastries. Lunchtime specials follow on: the likes of chicken or lentil stew, or lighter choices such as our delicious buttery and garlicky mushrooms on toast. Quiches (goat’s cheese and sweet potato is a favourite combination) are served with chunky salads of puy lentils, tomatoes and basil, and roasted veg. Creative workshops are run in the community rooms.

Hi I am 38 young and run my own business working from home. For fun I believe that if you think some thing is boring then maybe you are boring...
breakfasts seemed to be served all day when I last visited (today) excellent cafe with lovely atmosphere, definitely suggest a visit, well worth the travel to Kensal Rise.
