All Star Lanes
A sleeker, more adult alternative to retail park bowling alleys that are filled with children’s parties, All Star Lanes styles itself on Stateside ‘boutique’ bowling alleys. There are four lanes (plus two private lanes upstairs) and diner-style booths at which to enjoy burgers, steaks and the spectacle of players bowling gutterballs. Loosen up your bowling arm with a 1920s style cocktail (£6.90-£7.90) at the bar, or choose from a wide selection of bourbons. Branches in Bayswater and Shoreditch are set to open by 2008.
