Fantastic food, but the website for delivery needs a serious overhaul - drop the horrid music on each page (that has to be turned off every time you navigate), and make sure the buttons are all functional. Other than that, perfection.

It’s hard to find a bad word to say about Sufi, a restaurant we’ve consistently praised since it opened in 2007. And it’s equally hard to avoid hyperbole when describing Sufi’s kashk-e bademjam. Walnuts, onion and garlic give this aubergine dip spice and texture, but it’s the sour, smoky, creamy kashk (whey) that makes it so moreish. Taftoon flatbread, baked in the clay oven by the front window, is the ideal accompaniment. Kuku-ye sabzi (a frittata-like dish of parsley, coriander and dill mixed with eggs and baked) was almost as good. The key to Persian lamb kebabs is the marinade – lots of turmeric, black pepper and garlic – and the chelo koobideh (minced lamb) was spot-on. Even better was the khoresht-e fesenjan, a glorious chicken stew in a sauce made from ground walnuts and pomegranate molasses. Doogh (yoghurt drink) was properly minty and slightly carbonated. Our only minor complaints are that the tahdig (rice from the bottom of the pan) was more chewy than crisp, and the staff seemed keen for us to leave as closing time approached. Sufi is just about smart enough for a date, though rugs and instruments hanging from the walls are as exciting as the decor gets. But for exquisite Persian food at low prices (two can eat well for £25), it’s a fantastic option.

First time here and I would rarely give a 5 star to Iranian restaurants as one always thinks mum's cooking is the best, but the food in Sufi came a close second place. fantastic starters, generous, perfectly done mains, reasonably priced and served with a helping of Iranian hospitality, good enough for me and my family. Highly recommended, will go back for more.
This is our 'local', and the first place we bring anyone new to the neighborhood. Amazing food, good service, and thank Heavens, they deliver!
This persian restaurant deserve every star that it gets! Friendly staff, welcoming , Clean and excellent food. No wonder some of the well known British pop stars go there ! :)
very very nice. wonderful starters - aubagine and hummus, tasty main - mixed grill. they offer freshly baked bread too which was delicious. really good, friendly service. overall it was delightful. will back for sure. they were fine about us bringing our own wine too, very reasonable corkage
The starters were slightly hit & miss (feta, walnuts and herbs was a small chunk of feta and a sprinkle of walnuts on an enormous bed of mint leaves, very strange). The humous and aubergine starters were very nice though and the freshly baked flat bread was a nice touch. The mains were fantastic, beautifully flavoured and very filling. The freshly made baklava was a real treat too. Fantastic service and very reasonable prices, I will definitely be back!
