There's a focus on Mediterranean food at this restaurant at the Sanderson – a swanky five-star hotel on Berners Street, in Fitzrovia. However, British produce and some dishes also feature. 

That means a menu ranging from padron peppers scattered with smoked Maldon sea salt, corn-fed chicken wings with potato and summer truffle ravioli, and smoked haddock arancini to English asparagus with hollandaise sauce, roasted wild sea bass with fresh peas and English cured bacon, and slow-braised pig's cheeks with pan-fried langoustine with mashed potato and Cornish leaves. 

Desserts include poached English rhubarb with caramelised pear and raspberry crumble, lemon shortbread with lemon and yoghurt ice cream, and a mocha parfait cup with salted caramel sauce, coffee and crème anglaise. Seasonal and set menus also feature.
