  • Best restaurant I have been to in a long time. Food = incredible. Service = spot on. Love the furniture and small touches. I didn't think I would find a better tapas restaurant than Brindisa in London, but This. Is. It.

  • We paid for incredibly pricey plates barely corresponding to less of HALF portion of a Spanish tapa, including a 13£ (!) chewy and weird-taste piece of an unidentified meat which was smaller than my thumb. i don't mind spending some extra tenner for a good dinner, but I cant remember the last time I pushed back a fish plate because I could only taste the salt! Only star is for to the service (kind) and the environment (good taste). But we were there for "dinner", but we left hungry and frustrated.

  • i went a couple of weeks ago and i was highly disspointed by the simplicity of the food menu and the size of the portions. it even looked ridiculous on the plate. the staff was nice and friendly and the deco is amazing.

  • Sublime cooking. The quality of the ingredients and the work that goes in to each dish makes this a place you just want to keep coming back to. And we do. The wine list is interesting and inspires you to try something different from the usual list of pinot grigios, sauv blancs etc .In my opinion it is excellent value for money and the atmosphere created by the friendly and efficient staff is all one could wish for in a restaurant. We're very lucky to have it as our local.

  • We are locals and have been going here since it opened. We adore the place. Spanish tapas has always been interesting, but due to the daily changing menu and unique dishes, the little charming restaurant never fails to surprise. The 4 Spanish owners who are all friends all bring something different to the party. We especially love the former sommeliers wine selection and the interior designers eye for quirky detailing. It's a little gem.

  • I went on a Thursday evening when a band was playing downstairs and the atmosphere was just lovely. We asked one of the owners to bring the dishes and wine he recommended and everything we tasted was wonderful and really unique. It's a special experience to enjoy slowly and share with friends. Our meal was worth every penny and I'll definitely go back.

  • I love the non-traditional tortilla! It is melt in the mouth heaven to me. Don't agree with your reviewer on that one. I am a local and while I agree with Michael that it isn't particularly cheap, you don't have to spend loads - the tapas range from about £4.50 to £11, so just pick and choose... and there is no minimum charge as far as I know so you could easily get away with £20/£25 a head and have eaten truly delicious food in fab surroundings. Since this opened in July I have been about 10 times, can't get enough of it. I'd rather save up and splurge here than spend a bit less somewhere not nearly as friendly, atmospheric and delicious...

  • Completely disagree on the prices post, I thought it was quite reasonalbe compared to what you pay at Spanish restaurants located in the centre of London. The Tapas are top notch with clever twists on the classics and the atmosphere is really inviting. One of my favourite Spanish places in London (and I'm Spanish)

  • Fantastic tapas at outrageous prices. Pity as this is a lovely little restaurant but far too expensive for most local people. Wines far too expensive too. I think the owners need to get a grip on reality and not rip people off. Michael
