If it wasn't for the fact that I had to add a rating, I would have put no stars at all! Last weekend several family members of mine and myself decided to go to this particular Nandos restaurant for dinner. Little did we know it would involve us waiting for an hour, confined in a small cramped area! To top it all of the staff were incredibly rude, as the waitress ignored our complaints and queries the entire wait and instead seated people that came way after we did! A terrible experience, poor service and I'm sure my family and I will not be eating there again.
