Yet another Chinatown stalwart intent on snappy, high-volume turnover, Canton is nevertheless still an excellent spot, especially for solitary dining. Food can be by turns heavily salted or remarkably bland (and, unforgivably, the roast meats are sometimes served stone cold). Skip the thick-skinned pork dumplings, and avoid drinking too much of the tongue-numbing broths (which taste like they contain much MSG). But when the tea is hot and a vast heap of tasty beef fried rice costs just £5, hungry, bleary-eyed travellers leave satisfied. Expect change from a tenner.

After going to the canton u will find it very hard to get food that is so fresh there duck is the best iv tasted and there pork is amazing great soups noodles are great good staff as well a must go to...
