Drink prices may be as breathtaking as the views (white wine from £7.50 a glass, up to £795.50 for a magnum of Krug champagne), suggesting the economic downturn hasn't hit every banker's bonus. Food, though, is more down to earth. Options include wild mushroom tart with artichoke salad, and seared peppered tuna steak, each coming with a recommended tipple. A more complete menu is available at Rhodes Twenty Four, some 18 floors below. Seating is arranged so everyone gets to enjoy the panorama; the soothing purple colour scheme helps those not good with heights.
