Benugo wins 2-1 in the 'Big Three' South Ken museum-catering match, leaving Digby Trout to provide the hardly stellar fare at the Science Museum. Both the caffs here are fresh, modern affairs, with Revolution - multi-coloured whoosh lines on the walls, blond wood tables and benches on the floor, sandwiches, fresh soup and cakes on the counters - getting most casual custom. Further back from the entrance, Deep Blue is a rather fiercely uplit café-restaurant, techno blue neon beneath, open to the grand hall of the Wellcome Wing above. It serves burgers, pasta and pizza. Children's menus cost £5.50, a bottle of wine around £15.
