I run a company with a lot of grumpy old men and women, hard to please and seen it all. This place has added a real dimension to our office. Their coffee is really very impressive, their cakes (especially the muffins) ridiculously rich, and their sandwiches include a goat's cheese one that is really a Scooby Snack. The team that run it have an insouciant air and look too cool for their pants, but you'd be mad to go anywhere else if you are in the area.

I'm always up for supporting independent coffee shops, but I will not be returning to this particular cafe. The staff are SO rude. It's such a shame that an independent can't provide service that is anywhere near it's chain competitors. Seriously, guys, just try harder and you'd have a great little place. Your sulky attitude is letting you down!

Lovely coffee, beautiful space - service could be better but everything else is perfect

Terrible place full of try hard idiots. The staff were moody and obnoxious, the food sweaty and the coffee gritty. Never going back.

This is an awful place. The staff are beyond rude and indifferent...no friendly hello or chit chat from anyone there. They also 'forgot' my cake order. Pretentious and taking themselves a bit too seriously. This place has forgotten that independent coffee houses are so much more than just the coffee. I would recommend Tapped and Packed (Warren Street) instead for a friendlier and better coffee experience.

Some of the most arrogant service I've ever experienced; total indifference and real rudeness to the customer next to me and couldn't even tell them what the coffee blend was made from!
My friend's cappuccino was okay if you like flat whites. I had a pretty poor brew. I know flavour, and this one was carelessly under-steeped.
The toilet is pretty gross too. I think i'll walk that bit further to Tapped & Packed.
