Jun Tanaka and Mark Jankel's Airstream trailer has been popping up all over the city, exciting foodies and providing locals with takeaway food that's miles above the usual offerings.

Now, the two have parked up at least semi-permanently in Finsbury Avenue Square behind Broadgate Circus in the City.

Food is sourced entirely from the UK and dishes make full use of the best seasonal ingredients - on our visit, freshly grilled mackerel was served with potatoes, horseradish and watercress, and a salad of Lincolnshire Poacher with beetroot. Dessert was Eton Mess with strawberry compote.

Granted, it's not as cheap as a Pret sandwich (mains were £6.50 and £5.50 respectively), but this level of sophisticated lunchtime tucker is worth paying for.

The food was excellent. Roast lamb cooked over 3 days is 3 days well spent in my opinion. The crushed new potatoes and vegetables it was served with complemented it well. Not the cheapest lunch that's available in the City but it is one I'll be going back for in the future.

So worth the short queue for the deeelicious English produce - filling, flavoursome and just quality lunchtime grub! Well worth it and friendly team in the van..
