After a 40 mn. wait, was served a chicken and veg pie... but without any pastry lid over it. Looked very unappetizing. The waiter explained that this was normal. In fact a thin line of charred pastry along the rim of the dish showed that the pastry lid had been burned, scooped off, and that the dish had been served nevertheless, with half its ingredients missing... Apologies from the boss later, but will not go back to that place.
