It can sometimes feel as though there's little more than tradition maintaining the prominence of this longstanding Edgware Road institution: its functional interior is largely devoid of decoration, let alone personality, and there's none of the familial warmth that characterises other Lebanese restaurants in the area - staff are efficient rather than empathic. That said, we've eaten well here in the past: an extensive variety of kebabs are cooked to order behind the gleaming grill station, and the leather-bound menus list a decent range of dishes to suit every occasion - from breakfasts of eggs with minced lamb to Lebanese pizzas topped with minced lamb, peppers and pine kernels. Prices aren't the lowest locally, but be sure to choose carefully and you can still feast for a tenner.

Most horrible and disgusting experience of customer service I have ever received in any part of the world. The staff were disgustingly rude...the waiter did not speak English and did not take our order right...when we had wrong things delivered, he blamed us and called us liar that we have changed our order and walked away mumbling something....every single waiter was rude and ignorant...the lady Manager (owner) was horrible.she was least bothered and did not even entertain our complaint ...after eating food there we felt sick and vomited...on our way to our car....I wish I could have given my £47.50 to a charity then to the ....disgusting owner who did care.Pls Pls do not ever go to this restaurant....I have eaten in almost all the Arabic restaurants in marble arch but this was the worst for food and service....
