Set in leafy Canonbury, The House is a favourite restaurant with the fashionable family residents of this well-to-do part of London. Though moments from the bustling Upper Street, The House offers a pub dining room experience which brings to mind those evenings one might enjoy in the very best country pubs. The brainchild of Michelin starred chef Jeremy Hollingsworth and accomplished restaurant manager Barnaby Meredith, The House is laid back and comfortable with an unpretentious interior, theatre kitchen and sunny terrace area. With a menu concentrating on the traditionalism of British cookery with a touch of creativity, a homemade ethic and reasonable pricing, it’s not hard to see why London feels so at home at The House.

By chance we found this place, me and my friends, had a great time, lovely food( Homemade Gnocchi was amazing!!) and pleasant service, planning on heading there for the Royal wedding day.
Delicious food!
Try the desserts, their one of the best things i've ever eaten... gorgeous!
