This lovely light-filled venue in St Georges Wharf, Vauxhall, has fantastic water views and a superb Mediterranean menu. With floor to ceiling glass windows, a cosmopolitan horseshoe shaped bar and a city crowd, the Aqua River Brasserie is the perfect place for business lunches, corporate entertaining and after-work drinks with friends. Open for brunch, lunch and dinner the restaurant is renowned for its all-day breakfast menu and also offers a variety of pizzas, pastas and salads to please even the fussiest gourmands. Signature dishes at the Aqua River Brasserie include the merguez – spicy lamb sausages – with harissa; the moules et frites with cream, white wine and shallots; and the Fiorentina pizza with mozzarella, spinach and egg.

As the place is close to my office, I go there time to time when I'm fed up with other venues around. Each time, I am disappointed, specially with the food. Go there for the vie, or for a drink but don't eat. It's tasteless, slow served and at the end pricy, regarding the quality of the food
I brought my family in aqua river brasserie once again for a joyous celebration.Sadly, we had to leave the restaurant without tasting the food.Thirty minutes passed before a waiter took our orders.We were told that the food would be served prompty.An hour passed and when another waiter finally assisted us, the food was still unserved.Frustrated, we left the restaurant and went home, no longer in a celebratory mood.
