The food was quite good and interesting.

But service... the most unprofessional in my life  :(((

the management should invest in basic training - staff is not attentive, very unpleasant manners and serving style.

Any barista from Costa will do better!!!!

Shame really - the place is nice and in a great location.

I went here on Friday with a Groupon voucher. All I can say is that there is definitely a pecking order here.

This place is in Knightsbridge - so if you come in looking rich, you get served well, and fast.

We had to wait 10-15 minutes without being served, or even asked if we wantd a drink, we had to flag down the waiter and ask to order a drink, and we had to give over our Groupon voucher.

In the 50 minutes between getting our drinks, and the main table full of mezze, the table next to us came in, showed a voucher, got all of their food and had their plates cleared. I'm not too sure how this worked, as we had been in there from 7.30, and they didn't even come in until 8!

We then had to wait half an hour for our plates to be collected.

The food was good. Nothing to write home about. I'm more annoyed about the service - truly terrible (but the guy in charge was nice...though with us waiting so long, he should've offered us something, a drink on the house maybe).

I recently dined here for the first time for a friend’s birthday. The food, service and restaurant itself were all wonderful. We had an abundance of various meze-style dishes, which were all equally delicious and, I am told by friends who had just returned from Lebanon, as authentic as it gets.

Worst Lebanese restaurant you can go to. The food that was served to us was a leftovers from previous day. Hard bread and all other food just a bad quality.

I felt really ill after.

We went for a meal on Sunday 26th January 2014, we arrived at 6.30, (four girls) and we were treated wonderfully, Hamdy and all the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. They explained the dishes, and the food was well presented, extremely tasty, and plentiful. we were not rushed, nor ignored, The level of service was superb. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful meal.
