I love the concept! It isn´t easy to find a place in which you can eat and drink so well for the price... Very nice craft beers!! Mushroom rissoto with the black beer is lovely!

Having been to the Bristol restaurant a number of times I had high expectations of the Blackheath restaurant but these were not even close to being met. We had booked a table for 7 and when we arrived we were disregarded by the manager and told to wait at the bar while he ‘got things sorted’. While we were waiting at the bar the staff were too busy chatting amongst themselves and we were left waiting for a good 10 minutes (there was nobody else waiting at the bar!). When we finally got our drinks there was still no sign of the manager so having waited around for him for a total of 20 minutes, still waiting to be sat down, I had to get a waitress to chase him up before we were finally sat at our table. After we had our starters I ordered a glass of wine but that never turned up so I had to order it for a second time and once again wait around for that. I decided to share my opinions with Zerodegrees by post and email hoping they'd have some sort of decency to reply but months on I've had no response from them.
