Ben Day has built up a loyal following for his exquisite, opulent creations. His workshop and shop are housed in one of Spitalfields’ atmospheric Huguenot buildings – the perfect setting for Day’s almost medieval designs, which feature flawless South Sea pearls (blue, silver, gold and black), smooth pebbles of amethyst, shimmering pink kunzite or heavy drops of vivid green chysoprase. Each piece is a handmade one-off, adding to the air of exclusivity; for those who want something even more personal, Day will undertake bespoke work.
