In honour of their 30th birthday, the Central Illustration Agency is teaming up with the V&A Museum of childhood to put creative power in the hands of kids. Children will be offered the unique chance to direct professional illustrators to create the art they want to see. After describing their vision to professional artists, the kids can watch as live artworks are created according to their brief.
In tandem with this, having gathered information from children visiting the museum last month, illustrations inspired by their ideas and realised by artists such as Sir Peter Blake will be on display at the museum. Bring along your budding Picassos for a day of messy, unpredictable fun.
