  • Good news for fashion lovers who have an unfortunate fear of north London. One of our favourite local boutiques, Hub, has just launched an online store in a bid to share its quirky edit of men’s and women’s clothing with the world

    ‘We’ve got a really loyal following in Stoke Newington and north London,’ explains manager Shane Kingdon, ‘but we wanted to reach a little further afield. People want something different to what’s on the high street, and I think we’ve created a really personal, unique look.’ Log on for pieces by Cacharel, Peter Jensen and ACNE for women, as well as Karen Walker and Comfort Station jewellery, and Won Hundred, Schiesser (pictured) and Tootal scarves for the boys. For now, Hub’s cute Stockport-made womenswear label, Beth Graham, is only available in store, so a visit to Stoke Newington might be unavoidable. www.hubshop.co.uk
