We love the Foster London interior; all pastel walls with framed needleworks, '60s dolly prints and cat ceramics. This may sound rather twee, but combined with the uber trendy styling credentials of brother and sister team Drew and Nadia Foster and a prime Shoreditch location and you've got one of London's hottest salons. The in store ambience is provided by cool compilation albums, the in house dogs (toy poodle Margo and french bulldog Ramone) and visitations by local Brick Lane 'characters' like the gentleman who interrupted our testing session trying to flog a tasseled leather jacket 'worth £3000'. This all adds to the charm of Foster, and we were certainly impressed with the styling too. Our reviewer's hair (a mix between Hermione Granger and Phil Spector's) was deftly cut into a '60s bouffant, the likes of which would make Cheryl Cole weep.
