  • Highly disappointed, very expensive for poorly painted nails. And like another reviewer I have found the skin around my nails peeling. Moreover I was cut not once but twice during my manicure. Even though I did not complain my biggest problem was the fact that instead of saying sorry, this was turned around onto me and I was informed this was my fault because I had left it too long since my last manicure. Now the base of 2 of my nails look horrible and black from however they cut me. I'm ashamed to show my nails because I am embarrassed at how much I pay for nails that look like they were painted 4 weeks ago and have dry skin all around them.

  • Must say I am very surprised by bad reviews. I have been here a few times as work near by. Always found the staff friendly and chatty and the manicures look great and last well. Excellent choice of colours / products available and the loyalty scheme is good.

  • Truely the worst manacure I have ever had!! had to go home and re-file all the rough bits off, surly staff (and manager) to boot. Shame as it could have been so handy!

  • It was awful experience for me, it seem that the lady was doing my nails didn't have enough experience. My manicure in the end was horrible I could do myself a better job probably. It's not what I have expected from professional:(

  • I went to the one in Spitalfields and thought the Salon was great. However the day after I had my nails done the skin started peeling down the tips on my fingers. I spoke to a friend who's a beautician and she said this was because they had not just cut the cuticles but the skin around it. really not what i would expect from a professional manicure. i went in to see the manager but was told she wasn't in that day but they apologised profusely and promised she would call the next day. well that was five days ago and i'm still waiting! i'm afraid its a classic case of image over substance and although i appreciate it may not be reflective of all the staff there it shouldn't have happened and I would have thought being a new salon they would have taken it more seriously as i work in the area in a an office full of women and will not be recommending to any of them. MW Nails maybe you should pay more attention to the quality of service rather than the quality of decor if you want to get people coming back to you

  • At last - a nail bar with real vintage glamour! Fantastic treatments that really last, staff that really go the extra mile in helping you choose the perfect colour and an achingly cool interior. It’s Pan Am meets Farah Fawcett sipping a Cosmopolitan whilst listening to Diana Ross, glamour all the way! The perfect place to get you in the mood for the office Christmas Party. I’m already planning my “Jamaica Gel” in time for New Years Eve. Hurrah for MW Nails!

  • I am in love with this place! I am not a fan of nail bars usually but I am now I convert (well to MW Nails anyway!) Definately go for the Shellac treatment, it lasts ages on your hands and feet and does not damage them like acrylic. All I can say is you need to visit this place, you'll never go back to a normal nail bar again!

  • I visited MW nails with a girlfriend for a pedicure. The place is a scream, so much fun, we felt like we were going on holiday. The manicure stood up to four weeks sandal wearing (it was early September) and lots of admiration and comments. Hope to get a visit in before Christmas.
