A handsome independent boutique located near the British Museum, in which traditional board games, war and fantasy role-playing games, jigsaw puzzles, card games, travel games and books sit side-by-side. Names like Twister, Monopoly and Cluedo will spark nostalgia; others – like the War on Terror and the Hungry Caterpillar game – are new offerings for the enthusiastic game-player. If you’re inspired to start playing again, try the Champagne Murder dinner party set at £18.99. Head to the basement for a good selection of out-of-print board games, as well as Dungeons & Dragons sets. The shop also stocks limited-editions, such as a Lord of the Rings themed chess set.
