What a shambles! I called flower station on Valentine's Day because the website claimed to offer same day delivery. Placing my order for a bouquet over the phone I was assured the flowers would be delivered around 3pm to my gfs. Great I thought. Arriving at my gfs at 730 for our first Valentine's Day together I was very disappointed to see she had not received the flowers, surprise already ruined. I called flower station and was assured they would look into it and call me back, which didn't happen. I called flower station again and spoke to a guy who appeared to be the manager who was very rude and said they would never guarantee a delivery time and I therefore must be lieing, he also suggested I should have paid for delivery which was never offered, very poor customer service. Who the hell wants flowers delivered at night on Valentine's Day?! However to top it all off it turned out that the order had never been put through and my gf would not be getting my flowers at all!! As a gesture of good will I was offered free flowers of our choosing if I was able to come to the store and collect - it was 930 pm by this point! We collected the flowers the next day and were handed a generic bunch from the front. Unfortunately it was no longer Valentine's Day or a surprise. Disappointed and angry are just a few words I would use and needless to say I will not be using flower station again.
My fiance ordered a bouquet online for our dating anniversary which falls on 23 Nov. It was to be sent to my hall of residence on the day itself. However, I did not receive anything by the next day (24 Nov Sunday) so I rang up flower station only to be told that the bouquet has already been delivered the day before. I checked with the reception of my hall and the person told me that there was indeed a bouquet delivered but it was meant for another resident staying in the same hall as me. The reception guy who signed for the bouquet delivery then called flower station to sort out the situation. The person answering the phone at flower station end insisted that the bouquet was sent and addressed to me. In a way, she was saying the problem lay with the hall reception and not the delivery man or flower station. In any case, the lady said she did not have the full order list so she was not sure if there was a mix up in the orders and she asked me to call back on Monday when the office staff were in. On Monday morning, I called flower station and the person who answered the phone confirmed that TWO orders were supposed to be sent to my hall of residence on 23 Nov. My order was LEFT OUT! She promised me that she would deliver my bouquet on the day itself. When I did receive the flowers that day, I almost could not believe my eyes. The bouquet looked nowhere like the picture online. NOWHERE. (The only resemblance is probably the green leaves?) My fiance had also ordered a box of chocolates that was supposed to come with the flowers but no chocolates were nowhere in sight. I am extremely disappointed with the service and quality of the flowers. I mean, if you have messed up the order by not delivering on the specified date, please at least make sure that the order is complete and correct. PLEASE DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM FLOWER STATION unless you want to go through the same experience as me. Even giving one star is overrating this co.
THE 3 STARS BELOW IS AN ERROR! My boyfriend will never order from this florist again, my flowers turned up so late in the day at my work place that I had actually gone home! Flower Station say that if you want a specific time you should book and pay for online but who on earth would ever think your next day delivery means they turn up after 6pm. I emailed to complain but got nowhere, being told that the driver delivered at 5.56pm, within their 8am to 6pm time frame! So how come our reception was closed and only our security staff were able to receive the flowers, they ended up having to call our facilities manager at home to find out where they could store them over night. My boyfriend is currently abroad and was pretty upset when I hadn't text or called to thank him for the flowers, because of course I hadn't actually received them! So, I got them a day late and they couldn't care less, just as well it wasn’t my birthday or Valentine's then!
Worst company ever. Ordered flowers for Mother's Day and they did not arrive. Rang this company 17 times in total to find out where they were and different excuse each time. Customer Service is none existent and even rude. This company couldn't give a toss.. Avoid at all costs
Been a customer for 7 years now and it has been a pleasure. It is a tough industry being a florist and I remember being one some 20 years ago, so my flower knowledge, though not great, is fairly OK to recognise a good florist when I see one and this is certainly at least a very good florist. Would highly recommend.
Appauling customer service, disrespectful to customers' request, products well below decent expectations and incompetent delivery service. Gordon, the person who gave a 5* review below, is likely to be the owner of the business, as I have read his response from other review sites. He really is desparate to give a 5* review to his failing business, which a lot of people who have placed an order with them would say the complete opposite.
