This OTT luvvy-magnet and temple to show tunes is still a West End hit after more than 30 years. It continues to wow professional thesps and drama queens alike with its staggering collection of show tunes on CD and DVD (featuring popular classics like The Sound of Music and plenty of more obscure gems). A range of posters celebrates productions past and present; Stephen Sondheim, Barry Manilow and Barbara Cook are regulars here. The downstairs boasts a range of scores as comprehensive as you'll find anywhere in the capital, alongside a book range from reference to autobiographies.

Featured a product on website that was not actually for sale. Order/purchase was accepted and I did not receive item after 20 days. Emailed to find out about the delay. While waiting for a response to email - which took over 24 hours during the week, not the weekend - noticed that the item purchased was no longer for sale. Received an apologetic email stating that my money would be returned promptly. So far, this has not happened. At a minimum I believe the person who - processed my order, knew it could not be fulfilled, never notified me to this effect, and did not refund my money promptly (which should have been the next day after the order was placed) - was extremely irresponsible. I should not have to wait 20 days and email the merchant to find all of this out, especially when my money has been in the merchant's possession the entire time. So I should get my money back (have not yet) but will not be able to recoup my waiting time that was completed wasted.
