This lovely little salon is run with a meticulous hand by the fragrant Mariama Diallo-Soauré, and attracts Parisians from all over London. Prices are always reasonable (pedicures start at £13), especially considering the recent refurbishment of the premises, but book in for a slimming course in January and you'll get a free body wrap to speed along the pudding-shedding process. Every month there is a similar offer run via the website, so it pays to check before you visit.

My husband and I have been to the Remedie Rooms several times before and always found it to be a well run local business. I try to support local businesses so booked a treatment. I had feedback from my booking that they we concerned I would potentially no -show. I understand that small businesses need to keep a tight slot and dont want to waste a booking. Believe me I understand that. However, the manner of communication was rude and inappropriate.
I followed up to say that i felt they needed to adjust their tone and have been involved in a ping pong email exchange where it has been made abundantly clear to me that this business has NO customer focus, and a poor understanding of customer service and they will not acknowledge that their tone was inappropriate.
