Sheer Bliss

Poor service Booked a massage on a Tuesday for next day no staff was available when i turned up and was NOT given a refund i even payed with a debit card with receipt and then they denied knowledge of my payment and could NOT even re-book i got RIPPED OFF out of "120 pounds"

Myself and a friend had a wash cut and blow dry here on Sunday, we both had an awful cut that wasn't even straight and a lot shorter than what we had asked for "a trim", when we complained they offered us the same person to supposedly rectify the mess that was made with no discussion regarding what options were available to us (we both have short hair so understandably we didn't want to risk it). We have now both had to go to a different hairdressers to fix it. When the new hairdresser saw us they agreed that it had been chopped into and was "a mess". The "hairdresser" at Sheer Bliss that cut our hair lacked any knowledge, let alone skill in this profession and the customer service that we received after this was even more dire! I think that it is fair to say that customer service and hairdresser skills are non-existant in this place. To say that we are very unimpressed with the treatment that we received from this establishment is the understatement of the year!

You can rest assure that you will never receive our custom again and that we will seek to actively discourage people from ever using the establishment.

i think sheer bliss is one of the best beauty salons ever, it is 5 star treatment and has everything under one roof, i live in chelmsford and travel there every two weeks for my treatments. for waxing for hair for tanning the latest products!! 5star havnt cocme across any better waxing than them.

I've been to quite a few so "called beauty salon" but i always come back to sheer bliss. I only use them for waxing though .The prices are reasonnable. Full legs & bottom waxed at £37 that's a good deal. I only use them for waxing though . the salon is always clean & nice . ( which is unusual for the area!!) The room are clean & bright . the beautician are always nice and happy to chat . I would only recommend you book early
