For the original Toni & Guy experience, visit the Sloane Square salon. It's been here for 30 years and harks back to the family roots of this global superbrand, and boasts a fiercely loyal clientele. The light and airy salon is the working residence of CEO Toni Mascolo OBE (who is available for bookings - surprsingly still only £69 for a cut and finish), as well as some of the company's leading international artistic directors. The mezzanine level offers people-watching opportunities across the square, and on the lower ground you'll find the walls papered with the catwalk looks created by Toni & Guy teams backstage at London Fashion Week.

Friendly service but a terrible cut for the money. Ten minutes spent cutting long hair in preparation for a wedding and honestly the worst cut I've ever had. Layers not matched up, chunky flat cut ends that look awful. What should have been a simple neatening up was carelessly done. Either the guy who did my cut was incompetent or did not care. I feel like I've been robbed.
Toni & Guys is rubbishhh! People who works here are just plain rude and don't have any customer service skills - really unbelievable so don't bother to waste your time and money and just go somewhere else!!!!!!
I tried Toni & Guy because they have a good reputation. Well, before going I read several reviews saying how rude and snarky they were and I figured maybe it was just a personal experience. But they really are. And it seems to be all of them. I went to the one off of oxford circus and they weren't particularly friendly and I almost when to a different one because I was desperate to get my roots done and didn't have time to do a skin test somewhere else so I called a location closer to me..I believe covent garden and the girl was so bitchy on the phone I could not believe it. I cannot believe they let people like that ruin their business. Especially in this economy. The salon itself is not luxurious. You feel like you are in a super cuts. And the stylists don't seem to know too much. I was trying to explain to my hairdresser (who was supposedly the highest level) that I just wanted a high lift on my roots and she didn't know what that was...she wanted ME to tell her specific color shade names. Umm...that's what the hair stylist should be able to figure out by looking at your hair color. How is the customer suppose to know the color names/volumes of your salon's products? Complete idiot!
