Time Out says

This new outpost of Browns has made a less-than-dramatic move from the Knightsbridge end of Sloane Street, to the Sloane Square end of Sloane Street – it’s safe to say this minor shift will leave its regular clientele (moneyed Sloanes) largely unchanged. They might, however, find added perks in a store that’s newly geared toward a personalised service. The bijou downstairs space, with its plush centre pouffe and spacious changing rooms, can be cordoned off for shoppers looking for privacy. Shop assistants will then merrily ferry clothes to you until something suits. If you can’t command that kind of exclusive service, you’ll have to settle for the roomy upstairs changing area that, quite spectacularly, and for no apparent reason, features a living tree. The natural feel continues on the shopfloor, with beech fixtures and jewellery hung on tree branches. Clothes, meanwhile, cover key designers and labels, providing a sort of amalgamation of what you might find at Browns and Browns Focus on South Molton Street. Acne, Carven and Christopher Kane feature alongside Balenciaga, Missoni and Valentino, with rails clearly designed to appeal to both its trend-hunting, and more conservative, customer.
